This 271 sf Cozy Studio is located within the Palm Beach Hotel and Condominiums. The Palm Beach Hotel is listed on the National Historic Registry. It was formerly a hotel, which has been converted into individual condominiums making each room different and unique. The building is almost 100 years old and quite charming. We hope you appreciate the old charm and it’s history! The kitchenette offers a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven and keureg coffee maker. There’s no stove or oven. Laundry room is on the premises. The lobby is available 24/7 for check in and key pick up. Access to the pool is through the key fob given to you at check-in. At the first floor (M on the elevator) you’ll find the Mezzanine Library, a relaxing area for working, reading or playing games. No car is needed as the property is located in a short walking distance of the beautiful beaches, shops and many fine restaurants. If you do have a car, we purchased a parking permit for our guests and you can request it from the front desk. Please don’t forget to return it, otherwise there’s a 150 USD inconvenience fee due the fact that we have to file a police report, take it to the Town to reissue a duplicate. *** Palm Beach Hotel and Condominiums is a NON-SMOKING building, and our unit is Non-Smoking. The use of any drugs is NOT permitted, this includes Marijuana. If this house rule is broken, we will ask you to vacate the unit immediately with no refund, due to this violation*** Excellent restaurants are within in walking distance, the public beach access is two blocks away and in the opposite direction about two blocks away is the beautiful Palm Beach Lake Trail, great for walking, running, biking.
