*******Crescent Beach Club will be under construction for 2 years starting in Sept. 2025 for the required restoration after the 40 year inspection on the property. Balcony restoration will begin in the south building and work north beach side, gradually closing one stack at a time only moving on once fully complete. Guest will not have access to the balcony and view will completely blocked during this time. Parking is also limited due the equipment required to complete the work. There is not a specific timeline for each building as work can be affected by weather and other unseen circumstances. Please reach out to confirm amenity availability before booking as they will not be open during parts of the restoration.' Inside, you'll come across exquisite furnishings and décor throughout, featuring relaxing cool tones and an open floor plan. The chic, fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and two adjoining dining areas (each seating four). The expansive main suite features a king bed and personal vanity desk. The second suite includes an impressive queen bed overlooking the deep blue Intracoastal waters. Each suite boasts its own beautifully modern, marble bathroom. Sand Key is a peaceful paradise nestled just south of Clearwater Beach.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 12. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
