Boasting an additional 1200 sq ft. of living space, a basement area has been added to the home - perfect for a family or those seeking a private retreat! Guests of accommodating space can relish in a separate full kitchen, private deck, 1.5 bathrooms, and two bedrooms - one with a king-sized bed, and the other with a queen-sized triple bunk bed. This lakeside home is just a few steps from a private dock on the shores of Hayden Lake, allowing you to get out on the water with ease. You'll be a short walk from the nearby marina and restaurant, and less than two miles east of Honeysuckle Beach on the lake. Downtown Coeur d'Alene is seven miles southwest with an array of dining, shopping, and entertainment, and the beloved Silverwood Theme Park awaits only 15 miles north. If you're looking to hit the slopes, head to Schweitzer Mountain Resort 55 miles north for all sorts of snowy thrills. THINGS TO KNOW Netflix streaming is available with guest accounts. The four futons unfold into double beds. There is a strict limit of five cars. Beach towels are available for guest use. The lower level fireplace does not work Under no circumstances is smoking allowed in this home or on the premises of this property at any time during guest stays. **Homeowners boat will be parked on SE side of Dock.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
