One office has a pull-out Queen sized sofa sleeper and a Queen sized bed can be added to sleep 12. In 3 bedrooms are dedicated work area and their own TVs. EXTERIOR Modern patio includes a private 7-person hot tub, gas fired BBQ grill, dining table set that seats 12, outdoor sofa. Its a perfect space for family gathering. Beyond the patio is a huge backyard landscaped with a lawn (for lawn games, yoga, tai chi, meditation...), a basketball hoop and an expertly curated water-wise Utah native plants garden. Sit at the benchs to read a book, listen to bird songs, witness the sunset or just take in the healing power of our native plants. KITCHEN & SUPPLIES This designer Kitchen is fully stocked with Circulon pots and pans, spices rack, and bakeware. Appliances include a chef-grade range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher. Additional appliances include coffee maker, rice cooker, blender, waffle maker and toaster. Rest assured that all bedsheets, pillowcases, and towels are 100% cotton and washed with hypoallergenic detergent. All shampoos, conditioners, soap are hypoallergenic as well. We can easily tailor to your special needs, for example to provide 2 extra queen size beds, workout weights. Just ask!!
