You will enjoy cooking in a fully functioning kitchen with gas stove, fridge and brand new stainless range microwave, and dishwasher. The laundry room is conveniently located on the main floor.

We are so happy you found us! Our names are Gus and Trish, and due to our love of this area in Florida, decided to purchase a vacation home so that we as well as others can experience it's beautiful surroundings and friendly people as we have. While almost purchasing another property in the Gulf Highlands, we came across this home. we did a "Double Take!" when we saw it, and believe is the best location to the beach, with a private backyard. The house was in dire need of some TLC, but we gave it a second lease on life, with a total renovation. The efforts have been well worth it. We hope you can enjoy it as we have. Besides being a directing manager at his day job, Gus also has a business with Trish service sewing machines and sergers. It has been lovely meeting new people and helping them with their needs. This gated community feels safe and peaceful. It has a friendly, community feel to it. Young families, couples, and retiree's alike all enjoy it's many amenities and unbeatable location. Some areas of Panama City Beach can become overcrowded, but due to it's layout, the Highlands community doesn't experience this. There are countless places to shop located conveniently close. Walmart is a 3 minute drive, as well as many popular restaurants, serving American cuisine, as well as specializing in sea food. The countless shops and stores, shopping malls, are within a 15 minute drive. Ripley's Believe it or not, Shipwreck Island, and water parks and amusement parks are within 5 minutes away. Pier Park with it's iconic sky wheel that overlooks a breathtaking view of the Gulf, as well as shopping is within a 15 minute drive.
