**HOT TUB: Hot tub is only available from September 1 - April 30. Hot tub is NOT available from May 1 - August 31. Guests found tampering with the hot tub outside of its availability are subject to immediate termination of their stay AND/OR a hot tub drain and full service fee. Please note: while it is highly unlikely that there are issues with the hot tub, it is a possibility and there is no guarantee. Additionally, excessive rain/exposure to outside elements causes chemicals to be knocked off balance. Hot tubs MUST be serviced 2x per week. Please do not be alarmed if hot tub maintenance come by during your stay. By booking this home, you are acknowledging these statements.**
