A NOTE FROM YOUR HOST. Welcome to your home away from home. Property use is restricted to the number of guests listed in your reservation with maximum occupancy not being exceeded. All guests to respect “quiet hours” from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Pets are allowed only if noted in your reservation. Renters must be at least 21 years old. Underage guests must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Smoking, commercial filming, tents, and charcoal grills are prohibited. Gas grills, where available, are not maintained by GCPM and are used at your own risk. Renters are liable for any property damage and associated costs.
If the residence requires a Homeowners Association application, this may require personal details. Guests are encouraged to complete and return the application form by email at time of booking and no later than 24 hours after booking. Failure to do so could drive additional cost to the guest to ensure HOA timelines are still met, or at worst could result in cancellation of the reservation. If included in your reservation, we are not responsible for the inoperability or availability of community/membership privileges or access to recreational features and on-site amenities.
This residence is privately owned and homeowners may make ongoing updates at their discretion, in the interest of providing an enhanced guest experience. Welcome to Grand Getaway! Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. This lakefront 3-bedroom, 3-bath, newly built private pool home has everything you need to make your vacation spectacular.
Located in Lorraine Lakes, this estate home has a large paved driveway and pathway to the front door. Upon entering the house, you will find an open concept floor plan. The spacious living room has three plush couches along with a Smart TV. Adjacent is the office where you can set up your remote office, it also has a futon. The kitchen has a giant island with four barstools and all stainless-steel appliances. Adjacent is the dining room with views of the lake and can accommodate up to six comfortably.
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a Smart TV, and a set of sliding glass doors leading to the spacious backyard. The primary bathroom has a large walk-in closet, dual vanities, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds. The second bathroom has an updated vanity with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has a queen-size, and a walk-in closet. Attached is the third bathroom with a vanity and walk-in shower.
The outdoor awaits! This stunning home has unobstructed views of the gorgeous lake. There is ample outdoor seating, a couch and chairs, a high-top table, Adirondack chairs, and plenty of chaise lounges. Relax in the large rectangular pool and enjoy the pure tranquility this home offers.

This home is located in Lorraine Lakes, a newly developed gated community within Lakewood Ranch, Florida. Your adventures and boundless.
Location is everything; this home is only a short distance from everyday conveniences such as shopping, restaurants, recreation centers, and the crystal-clear beaches Florida offers. Check out the surrounding resort-style Golf Courses! There are several in Lakewood Ranch; the most desirable to golfers is Esplanade, 4 minutes from the house, and River Strand, 14 minutes from the house!
The Clubhouse has a state-of-the-art fitness center, aerobics studio, splash park, a large resort style community pool, a playground, a sports court, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball courts and much more.
The Bocce Ball courts will be located on the back side of the Town Center, near the pools. See the diagram below.
The pools at the Town Center will be open from dawn to dusk, following Department of Health regulations.
The Fitness Center will be available 24 hours, seven days a week.
The tennis court will be illuminated for nighttime play. Due to the noise associated with Pickleball, play is only permissible from 7:30 AM – 9:00 PM; the pickleball courts will not be lit.
House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. No Pets.
Pool heating is available for an additional non-refundable fee + taxes. Please contact us if you wish to pay optional fees for pool heat, early check-in, or late check-out.
Owner mailbox is not for guest use. Please make arrangements with the local post office to secure a PO Box if you wish to receive mail during your stay. Amazon packages should be picked up at a local Amazon locker location.
