Ideal location ‚Äì it is easy to get to the surf and sand, and equally as easy to get to the boardwalk, the pier, as well as to grocery stores, shops, and places to rent equipment if needed. You can bring that beach energy to your private patio and continue to enjoy your seaside vacation at home by dining al fresco, as the patio also has a barbecue. It is not far from freeway access if you wish to go north or south to visit any of the many world-class attractions, such as Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, etc. This is a great place to stay for a family with kids! Due to the coastal climate, this home is not equipped with air conditioning, but does have ceiling fans in multiple rooms. Minimum age for rental is 25 - photo ID required. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc. Please note: reservations for this home will not be refunded if cancelled within 60 days of arrival.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
