We are both NC natives who grew up looking forward to annual family vacations to the NC beaches. We chose Carolina Beach for for its natural beauty, vibrancy, fun-filled event calendar, and proximity to Wilmington NC. We both work in the Real Estate industry here in the Wilmington Area while also managing our Real Estate Team in Raleigh, NC. We wont bother you during your stay but are always available. We do have vendors (pool maintenance, landscaping, etc) that may visit during daylight hours. We may need to come on property from time to time as well but would only be popping by outside or the basement storage area.

Private pool, pond views, gardens, and a 10 minute drive to the beach! This home backs up to a nature preserve. Relax by the pool and tiki bar area watching TV or enjoying music. Pool Heater: This property has a heated pool that is maintained at 86 degrees. The pool heater that will operate until the ambient temps outside get in to the 50s. This type of pool heater can generally keep the pool comfortable from March to early November. Many vacation rental properties charge extra for pool heat, however we do not. Trailered Boats Allowed: Trailered boats ARE allowed. There are several boat ramps nearby and boating is extremely popular in this area. The left side of the driveway is easy to back a trailer in to from the street. If you plan to bring a boat let us know and we can give you additional reccomendations for boating destinations. NO EVENTS: This home is not suitable for events or parties. You may not have more people than you have disclosed on the reservation on property at any time for any reason. Failure to comply with this provision may result in immediate cancellation of your rental.
