Maximum Day Time & Night Time Occupancy is 10, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age. 2. Driveway Parking for 4 vehicles. Garage will fit 2 compact vehicles or one large vehicle such as an SUV. Driveway has a slight upslope. Street parking is prohibited year-round. 3. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepits is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties.
