The bright and sunny deck is the perfect place to start your day in this cozy two-bedroom condo, just north of Huntington Lake. Ponderosa pines tower nearby while you contemplate the day – in the summer, will it be mountain biking at the China Peak Mountain Bike Park, only 2.5 miles away? Hiking a nearby trail? Swimming in the lake? You’re only 0.5 mile to to China Peak Landing marina. Your condo also gives you access to a shared pool, hot tub, sauna, and basketball court. In the winter, you’ve got China Peak Ski Resort on your doorstep, only two miles away. Back inside, get acquainted with your woodsy, comfortable condo, starting with the kitchen, which offers all the appliances and gadgets you need to cook up some breakfast. Once the crew is up and ready to eat, move over to the adjacent dining area for four or down a few steps to the eating nook in the living room. Load up the dishwasher and it’s time to head out and explore. After a day outside, head home and get that pellet stove crackling while you make dinner and the rest of the group gathers on the sofas for a little streaming TV on the flatscreen. Before long it’s time for bed, and you’ll have no problem convincing the littles to jump into the fun bunks in the common area. Grab a frosty beverage and end the day as you began, out on that deck, admiring the pines and savoring the peace and quiet. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
