THE LAYOUT: KITCHEN: Right when you walk into this apartment you’re greeted by an open-concept kitchen. Featuring white cabinetry, smooth countertops, and a stylish island with seating for two. The kitchen has a full suite of stainless steel appliances; including a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher—make cooking & meal prep feel effortless. You'll find all the essentials: cookware, utensils, dishes, glassware, and even a coffee maker to start your morning right. LIVING AREA: Just steps from the kitchen, this inviting living area is the perfect place to unwind. At its heart is a stylish sofa, coffee table, and flat screen TV. Enjoy natural lighting from the glass sliding doors leading to the private deck, making your stay more relaxing. SLEEPING AREA: At the end of the hallway, this stylish bedroom with a queen-size bed is designed for both rest and productivity. The large bay windows are set against a bench, at night the black out curtains make this space relaxing. There is a modern desk setup with a sleek wood surface and a chair, creating a stylish spot for catching up on emails. The room also includes a spacious closet and nightstands with a white noise sound machine. BATHROOM: Set next to the bedroom, this bathroom is designed with simplicity and ease in mind. A navy blue vanity and bright light fixtures add a pop of modern style. A full-size shower and tub combo features a rainfall showerhead—perfect for starting your day or winding down. THE BUILDING: This is a 2nd floor apartment. We will provide instructions for 1 free parking spot in the lot diagonally across the street.
