FREQUENTLY-ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ) • Can I check in early or check out late? We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite. • Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open. • Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Let us know if you have special requests. • How far is the home from specific locations? Use Google Maps with "East Lexington Avenue El Cajon, CA 92019" for accurate distances. • What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day. • Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking. • How’s the home cleaned? Professionally cleaned with natural products. • Safety devices on site? There are 3 security devices. Two security cameras: One camera is in front of the house. The other camera is outside looking at the pool area. They both record the outdoor activities 24/7 to protect the home and guests. There’s no other camera anywhere else One noise decibel monitor: Pool area only to prevent prolonged loud-noise. The Minut noise level monitoring device does not record any audio. It only monitors the noise level all the time and will let you know if you are potentially too noisy for the neighborhood Our neighborhood is peaceful, so please keep noise levels Low. No parties or events. Visitors (non-overnight guests) are also counted in the reservation as half guests. Key-related issues: • If you think you may forget/lose the key or lock yourself out of the home, we strongly advise you to place the key back into the lockbox when you go outside. A minimum of 100 may be applied to key-related issues such as forgetting to return keys after checkout, lost keys, locking yourself out and requiring us to travel to bring spare keys, or key replacements, etc.

THE KITCHEN & DINING AREA All the appliances you’d expect to find in a modern kitchen are here – including a coffee machine. Explore the cabinets and drawers to find essentials like coffee, cooking oil, sugar and salt. Dining tables and chairs both inside and outside the house give you places to sit and enjoy your culinary creations. THE LIVING AREA The room are air-conditioned, and feature flat screen smart TVs you can watch from super snug couches. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube and Disney+. So, no one should be saying there’s nothing to watch. THE 3 BEDROOMS The bedrooms are furnished with 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 1 Baby Crib and ample pillows to ensure a restful night's sleep. • Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed, Baby Crib, Dedicated Workspace, Smart TV with en-suite bathroom. • Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed, Smart TV and a Workspace area • Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed by the Pool! 2 FULL BATHROOMS Fully-stocked Bathroom with everything you need: shampoo, body wash, along with a hairdryer and fresh towels. OUTSIDE SPACE It’s all part of a gated and fenced backyard that offers you a secure area to spend time together. Dry off afterwards on the recliners around the yard, and kids and pets can enjoy safe areas to run around and burn off their energy PARKING A big group needs lots of parking space, and here, the garage and driveway provide spaces for up to 4 vehicles. LAUNDRY In-unit washer, dryer, and detergent are available. REMOTE WORKING Fast 500 Mbps Wi-Fi, easily fast enough to make hosting an online meeting or sharing a large file with clients or colleagues easy.
