Krista and I met almost right out of high school, fell in love at first sight and have been inseparable ever since. We have two amazing teenage daughters that share our passion for travel and new adventures. Over the years as we explored the world with our family, we always dreamed about having our own little escape that we could share with guests. With my background in construction, Krista's passion for design and our experiences with travel we were able to bring our vision to life to share with you!

Kick back and relax in this private beach oasis featuring 2 private villas each with 2 bedrooms 1 bath your own private backyard retreat. Each villa has a large open space layout, a 70" flat screen in the family room, a full kitchen, dinette and three piece bathroom. The villas include ultra fast 1Gb download speeds, Alexa smart home devices and multiple streaming services. The outdoor space includes a 7 man Hot Tub, outdoor shower, Fire Pit, multiple seating areas, BBQ and outdoor dining area.

Neighbourhood information

Cocoa Beach is a very unique, mostly residential beach community with warm ocean surf and a big sandy beach. Everything is close by including restaurants, pubs, shopping and entertainment for the whole family. It's a great place to kick back and relax at the beach. And being only a 5 minute walk from the beach doesn’t hurt either. You are a short 5 minute walk to the beach, you can rent a bike to explore further or even ride the Cocoa Beach Trolley to get around the area.
