Originally from the UK, we fell in love with Anna Maria Island in 2001. After visiting several times a year with our two children, we made Florida our permanent home in 2011. In 2017, we started SeaBreeze Vacation to allow other owners to benefit from our modern approach to managing vacation rentals on Anna Maria Island. Beautiful 3 bedrooms/2 baths, plus den condo is in the highly sought out Bradenton Beach Club community. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the appliances you need to prepare a quick snack for the family or a romantic dinner for two, which you can enjoy either in the dining room, or on the large screened balcony. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and private ensuite. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with separate bathroom. The third bedroom has a twin over a full bunk bed. There's a washer and dryer in the condo and free WiFi for guest use. The Bradenton Beach Club is a unique complex that runs from Beach to Bay. It has a deeded beach access directly across the street with lounge chairs available for use and there's a bayside boardwalk that takes you out to a covered pavilion with open bay views. Either option is great for manatee and dolphin watching. There's also a heated pool and spa ready for your enjoyment. The location is ideal on the island as it is a short distance to trolley stop and Bridge Street with many shops and local restaurants.
