Location! This recently renovated duplex unit is centrally located near CHS airport, N. Charleston Convention Center, Charleston Coliseum and PAC, and Credit One Stadium. The easy I-526 and I-26 access gets you into historic downtown Charleston in about 15 minutes. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. The primary bedroom has an attached half bath and a spacious walk in closet. The kitchen comes fully stocked with the essentials you need to prepare meals during your stay. Some amenities include, Keurig, blender, toaster, bakeware/cookware, oils/spices.. and more. In the living room, you'll find a cozy sofa that pulls out into a queen size sleeper. The 55" smart TV includes Peacock, guests are also welcome to sign into their own streaming services. Also, games, puzzles, blankets, and a bluetooth soundbar. A desk space is available, as well as reliable fiber optic WiFi, to keep you connected throughout your stay. Furry friends always welcome. We make traveling with pets easier, with a large fully fenced backyard, food dishes and waste bags provided. Dog crates are available upon request.

While the home is in a desirable neighborhood and convenient to many attractions, the house does back up to a main road. The back bedroom is thoughtfully equipped with light and noise reduction curtains and a white noise machine.
