A 350 fee will be charged if smoking is detected, as professional fumigation will be required. 🔑 Pool Key Card The pool key card is located in the kitchen drawer. If lost, a 100 replacement fee will apply. Please return it to the drawer before check-out. 🪑 Furniture Please do not rearrange or move any furniture during your stay. 🎉 No Parties or Events Parties and events are not allowed under any circumstances. While we understand the space may be appealing for gatherings, this home is intended for quiet stays only. Extra fees will be imposed if there is evidence of parties. 🧼 Cleaning & Check-Out Excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning fee. 🚫 Unauthorized Guests Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unapproved guests may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. 🔇 Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. 🐾 No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted.
