Towamensing Trails is a private community where permanent residents, long term renters and short term renters get along wonderfully. We are striving to maintain this relationship with our neighbors and we ask you to be responsible as well as respectful of house and community rules. Drive carefully! There are many kids walking on the side of the road. Towamensing Trails operates a swimming pool in the summer, sandy beach by the lake, tennis courts and a basketball court. Community allows 8 passes (they are interchangeable) for each property to the pool and sandy beach, these are provided complimentary for your stay. No additional passes are sold. Water bike rental and boat rental is available by the Club house during summer. Beltzville State Park Beach is highly recommended for swimming, hiking and picnic. It has a public sandy beach with free access.
