Company information

The company was established in 2014 with the sole purpose of welcoming guests and travelers to experience Fort Lauderdale. Our company is owner operated and we hope to give you a chance to stay in an affordale and functional home in sunny South Florida. We manage several houses/apartments/townhomes in the same neighborhood to ensure we are always nearby and available for our guests. In addition to the owners, we have several support staff including a guest relations manager, maintance manager and speciality technicians who can be called to help if there is ever any problems. Although communication is always available , we prefer a hands off method and provide self check in and support through messaging so you never even have to call if you dont want to.

Property information

We have two individual apartments on the first floor and two on the second floor for a total of 4 rental apartments in this small building. Each apartment offers its individual outdoor terrace to go outside. The home is on the river so you are able to see the water. We are in the downtown area so major roads are nearby. Each apartment is fully capable for a long term stay including a functional kitchen. Each apartment has a dedicated free outdoor parking spot. We offer free Wifi and there is a coin operated washer and dryer that is shared and available for use.

The nieghborhood of "Sailboat Bend" is a historic neighborhood and one of the oldest neighborhoods in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.This quaint and charming neighborhood is known for its rich history, unique architecture, and vibrant community. Sailboat Bend is situated along the New River, which flows through the heart of Fort Lauderdale all the way out to the ocean, and is therefore an avid boating/sailing neighborhood. It is located just west of downtown Fort Lauderdale, making it a convenient and desirable location that offers a plethora of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. There are also several parks nearby, including Sailboat Bend Preserve (walking distance), which offers scenic nature trails and recreational opportunities.
