Elegant 3 BR 2.5 Bath townhome with attached one car garage with the items you need to enjoy the beach - including cooler, chairs, toys, kite, umbrella..ect. Conveniently across from Gypsy park for the littles and one mile from the beach for the whole family. The weather is perfect! Let us host your bachelorette; bachelor parties, family reunions, or other memorable events! Escape, Relax, and Unwind! Enter through the keyless dead-bolt. Enjoy the Kitchen that is well equipped with all you need to prepare your favorite meals and opens directly into the living room with a 55" Smart TV and electric fireplace. Indulge in the ambiance of the fireplace without heat in the warmer months and turn the heat on in the cooler months. Main bedroom is spacious w/king bed and 50" smart TV. It has access to the balcony that overlooks the canal and Gypsy Park. "Magnolia's Mermaid Room" (Room 2) offers a queen bed and 50" smart TV, Room 3 offers a twin over queen bunk bed. Enjoy your day at the beach then come home and take a dip in your private plunge pool! After you rinse off, of course. ;-) STR LISC 305948
Across from Gypsy Park Gypsy Park Hosts Market Days Once a month. The jetties are 2 miles away. Sea Turtles! Guests can park one vehicle in the one car garage and one in front of the garage OR two small compact cars in front of the garage.
