Welcome to Gulfstream Cottages 313 Sailors! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage has furniture, electronics, and appliances, and is located is less than 3 minutes walking distance from the beach with an outdoor community pool. It's located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, only one block to the beach. Gulfstream Cottage is located between 19th and 20th Avenues South; just minutes to all Myrtle Beach attractions, shopping and dining.

It is located in a new neighborhood located between 19th and 20th S Ave. It’s only about 3 to 5 minutes walking distance to the beach, about 1 mile to Family Kingdom, waterpark, less than 2 miles to Boardwalk, 4 miles to Broadway. It’s less than one mile to a golf course, 2 miles to shopping mall. There are several restaurants and a neighborhood Walmart in walking distance.
