If you need to rent a boat, Cedar Grove Marina is minutes away. Extending the outdoor living, Norris Oasis also boasts an expansive deck, gas grill, and bubbling hot tub. Custom-built finishes and floor-to-ceiling windows compose the interior of Norris Oasis. The gorgeous main living area is the heart of the home with its window-side seating, large smart TV, warm wood finishes, and spiral staircase access to the loft. The adjacent gourmet kitchen radiantly gleams with its granite countertops, center island, and stainless steel appliances. When it's time to eat, there are numerous dining options! For quaint breakfasts, gather in the sunny breakfast nook, and for elegant family meals, the formal dining table will comfortably seat everyone.
