This home is found right in town <1 mile to many food options, several markets including 1 block from little McPhee's neighborhood international grocery store (small store, amazing selection), Swain’s general store (a must see), MANY good coffee shops, a fantastic park and skate park (Erickson playfield), a beautiful remodeled community pool (Shoreline Aquatic Center), the Wharf (ferry to Victoria), downtown, and Olympic National Park entrance (3min). This is a unique, friendly, small town with incredible Olympic Range views in one direction, and panoramic ocean views in the opposite direction. WOW. Street parking available, as well as a double wide back driveway that can fit up to 4 cars, accessible from alley. This back driveway is very private and leads down to the Peabody Creek which can be heard from the back of the garage when it is open. Parking is plentiful and free. The home is surrounded by kind and helpful neighbors. It is best to have a car in Port Angeles, or bring your bikes! There are amazing bike paths here. You can get to downtown easily by foot as well.
