Splashdown at infamous Schlitterbahn Water Park, a 20-minute drive away. INSIDE THE CONDO The gorgeous, window-lined living area features a sofa and sweeping views of the Gulf and resort grounds. This space opens to the kitchen, which is immaculate with granite counters, stainless appliances, Chef's cooktop, and built-in convection plus wall oven. Light pours into the master suite, featuring a king bed and access to the breezy deck. The en-suite bathroom has a garden tub, double vanity, a tiled shower with glass doors, and a water closet. The second bedroom has a king bed, while the third bedroom has two twin beds. Enjoy Gulf views from both bedrooms. The guest bath is in the hall and features a shower/tub combination. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Visit the Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla to receive VIP wristbands that allow access to resort amenities. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
