🏡 House Rules To ensure a comfortable and respectful stay for all guests, please review and follow our house rules: Check-in: After 3:00 PM Check-out: By 11:00 AM No smoking inside the cabin No pets allowed No parties or events Maximum occupancy: 4 guests Quiet hours begin at 10 PM Cover the hot tub properly after each use Close the cabin door securely when entering or leaving Do not move indoor furniture or unplug electronics Dispose of trash in the bins provided Our cabin is tucked in the forest, and while we maintain it carefully—including regular cleaning and pest control—occasional visits from bugs may still happen. We do not offer refunds on the cleaning fee for this reason. Additionally, while internet service is generally reliable, occasional disconnections can occur due to the rural location. These are rare, but we appreciate your understanding should it happen during your stay. Please be aware that bears occasionally visit the area. This is part of staying in the beautiful Smoky Mountain forest.
