Phoenix on the Bay 1-1114 is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo located on the first floor with perfect views of the lazy river and all of the amenities that you could ask for! Access to the balcony is from the living area and the primary bedroom. Tile flooring is throughout the living areas and there is luxury vinyl plank flooring in the bedrooms The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats six and there are two bar stools for additional seating. A full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit The living area has a sofa sleeper The primary bedroom has a king-size bed The second bedroom has two sets of twin-over-full bunk beds. **Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.** No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry! There is a boat launch and fish cleaning station, and boat slips are available to rent (cost depends on the size of the boat, 25 up to 60 per day).
