Neighbourhood information

This home is in a wonderful neighborhood of Escondido and is walking distance to Lake Hodges (which just reopened!). This is a great area to wake up early and walk around to enjoy nature and see beautiful ranch style homes. This house is not in an urban city environment. In the past, we have seen spiders, non-venomous snakes, a scorpion, and rodents in the outdoor space on the property, due to the home's close proximity to wildlife.
