River Bank Lodge 2919 is a great location for the family. The condo is within walking distance of either the River Run Gondola or Peru Lift. The free Keystone Shuttle service is steps away and will take you throughout the resort. The Dercum Square Ice Rink and Kidtopia Headquarters are adjacent to the condo as well. Watch the Kidtopia fireworks during the peak winter season every Saturday from the large windows in the living area as you warm your toes by the gas fireplace. The living area also features a TV, DVD player, and comfortable sofa and end chair. This condominium features picture windows with ski area and mountain views. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and flatscreen TV. There is one fully remodeled bathroom off the hall. The kitchenette is equipped with a small stove/oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A dining table with seating is located off the living room area. The living room boasts picture windows and mountain views, a full sofa sleeper, a TV, and a gas fireplace. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices—not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
