Sip morning coffee on the porch while enjoying the songs of cardinals from nearby branches, or take the stone steps down to the picnic area where you'll find a picnic table, gas grill, and a sitting and if you're lucky, you may even get a chance to see deer and other wildlife passing by. The home is outfitted with modern essentials, including free WiFi, central heating and air-conditioning throughout, and a private washer/dryer. The full kitchen comes ready and equipped for family-style meals, and these can be shared in the formal dining area. A second kitchenette and attached dining nook for four expand the culinary options and provide additional seating. Entertainment options include TV and Roku on both floors. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms are divided between the home's two-story layout. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
