Take in the best view on the island from this oceanfront, three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo at Sands Villa Resort, where you can see the ocean waves, the beach, and Beaufort Inlet from your fourth-floor balcony. This condo was recently updated with a new HVAC system, new LVP hardwood floors, a renovated primary suite, a new swivel recliner, new balcony chairs, and new appliances, fixtures, and quartz countertops in the kitchen. For those who enjoy relaxing in the morning, there are both Keurig and drip coffee makers. The den features a 55-inch TV, a wet bar, and free high-speed WiFi. Prepare breakfast with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, enjoy a lunchtime barbecue on the shared gas and charcoal grills, and leave your swimsuits and towels in the private washer/dryer at the end of the day. At mealtime, the dining table seats a family of six with a bar that will seat two more. On the grounds of the resort, you'll find amenities and conveniences that include indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, an exercise room, tennis and basketball courts, a playground, a courtyard with grills, and elevators for easy access. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 4. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
