The cottages are cozy and very clean, and have all been completely renovated, with heated saltwater pool, jacuzzi, and 2 outdoor tiki bar/grills. You'll enjoy peace and quiet for ultimate relaxation, as we are a 21+ property.

Indian Rocks Beach, Florida, comprising just 1.4 square miles on the Gulf of Mexico just south of Clearwater and west of St. Petersburg, is a residential community that offers an array of activities and attractions. There are 27 beach access areas among the miles of shoreline. Residents can boat, fish and enjoy the water in any number of ways from virtually anywhere on Indian Rocks Beach. In addition, the small city enjoys a vibrant dining scene, with options throughout the community – from oyster bars and pizza joints to coffee shops and bakeries. Uber and Lyft reign supreme on the Beach. Driving on Gulf Blvd is relatively easy to navigate, but parking can be scarce depending on where you are going and at what time of day and year. Walking offers a ton of choices, and city bike rentals and bike shares are on the beach as well. There are also electric scooters available to rent. The Resort provides one parking spot per condo.
