We love hosting and meeting our Guests from around the country and the world! We are long time Seattleites and have been homeowners in this neighborhood for over 40 years. We love to travel and one of our favorite destinations is Hawaii. We also offer luxury stays on Maui, so please ask if you're interested in visiting the islands. Our romantic sea-and-mountain view property located a few minutes north of Seattle's Ballard neighborhood has a private entrance with self check-in, and sleeps up to 3-4 adults or children. Features a full kitchen with dishwasher and pass-through bar, dining area, full bath, outdoor patio area with seating, gas BBQ grill, desk with iMac, free internet, living room with comfy sofa and 55” LED TV with DirecTV, plus off-street/private parking for one car. Shared common areas outside include the in-ground gas fire pit, upper deck, and landscaped yard.

We are located in Blue Ridge, an area originally owned by William Boeing who founded the Boeing Aircraft Company, and it was initially used as his private hunting preserve outside of the City Limits at the time. All the more than 440 homes in Blue Ridge are unique. It is a hilly neighborhood great for walking or running workouts. There is a community play field adjacent to our property with large grass areas and a basketball court. There are also wooded trails at nearby Carkeek Park with Beach access. We are walking distance to Swanson's Nursery, a local favorite that has a coffeeshop/restaurant and a gift shop on-site, plus beautiful plants indoors and outdoors to look at. There are 2 large supermarkets within about 10 blocks. Carkeek Park and beach's wooded trails down to the park are accessible by foot from our location. You can also head down to Golden Gardens Park a couple of miles away for an excellent larger beach, off-leash dog area or an evening bonfire. Nearest Metro Transit routes to our property is the D line and the 40 (which both go through Ballard, Fremont and Downtown). Nearest stop is about 1 mile from our location.
