A NOTE FROM YOUR HOST. Welcome to your home away from home. Property use is restricted to the number of guests listed in your reservation with maximum occupancy not being exceeded. All guests to respect “quiet hours” from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Pets are allowed only if noted in your reservation. Renters must be at least 21 years old. Underage guests must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Smoking, commercial filming, tents, and charcoal grills are prohibited. Gas grills, where available, are not maintained by GCPM and are used at your own risk. Renters are liable for any property damage and associated costs.
If the residence requires a Homeowners Association application, this may require personal details. Guests are encouraged to complete and return the application form by email at time of booking and no later than 24 hours after booking. Failure to do so could drive additional cost to the guest to ensure HOA timelines are still met, or at worst could result in cancellation of the reservation. If included in your reservation, we are not responsible for the inoperability or availability of community/membership privileges or access to recreational features and on-site amenities.
This residence is privately owned and homeowners may make ongoing updates at their discretion, in the interest of providing an enhanced guest experience. It is of the utmost importance to us to keep the information listed here up to date for accuracy. Tucked away at the end of a quiet street, this secluded beach front property consists of only (4) four townhome residences. Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. There is a heated swimming pool which faces out to the Gulf of Mexico capturing the warm breezes and spectacular views.
Each townhome residence has approximately 2,000 sq. ft. of living space for everyone to spread out in and a private garage to safely store your vehicle and/or beach and fishing equipment. This is a SMOKE FREE property.

You will walk into the first living level where you'll find an open living room/dining room/kitchen floor plan. White tile floors, all new furnishings in blue and tan give this residence a warm Florida feel.
It has a new kitchen with solid surface counter tops, light wood cabinets, tray ceiling with recess lighting, and a breakfast bar with stools.
The living room features a sleeper sofa, remote smart TV and wall-to-wall sliding doors to the screened balcony which you can open to let in the wonderful Gulf breezes. There is a half bathroom also located on the main living level.
Go upstairs to find the 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The first guest bedroom has two twin beds and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The 2nd guest bedroom suite has a king size bed, remote smart TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 3rd guest bedroom suite has a king size bed, remote smart TV, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Both of these suites have wall-to-wall windows providing sparkling beach views.
This owner provides high speed wireless internet, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, BBQ grill, and a hair dryer for your convenience.
Furry friends welcome, max 2, and require a non-refundable pet fee to be paid directly to the management company.
