Rest assured that there is more than enough room for you and your loved ones as this retreat boasts not only a separate room, but also a loft, common space, and large living room - all with sleeping arrangements. The spacious living room is an entertainer's dream with its TV, popcorn maker, pool/Ping-Pong table, and well-equipped kitchenette. The private washer/dryer ensures your vacation garb is always refreshed, and children's items are also available for the groups visiting with their kiddos. Outside Summit Lake Guesthouse, enjoy having access to kayaks, a canoe, a dock, and a firepit. As you glide across the water, relish mountain views. Away from your stay, enjoy visiting the Washington Center For The Performing Arts, Hands On Children's Museum, Salish Cliffs Golf Club, and downtown's delicious restaurants and vibrant boutiques. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This guest house is not equipped with air-conditioning.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
