The Blue Ridge Conservancy land is within walking distance from Sunrise Haven, with a 3.1 mile round trip hike to Peak Mountain where you can experience amazing views of Grandfather Mountain, Sugar Mountain and Banner Elk. An upscale mountain cabin with tasteful and comfortable decor throughout. The main level features an open-concept floor plan, with a sunrise mountain view from the wall of windows. A large, flat-screen TV and stacked stone wood fireplace can be enjoyed from the main level living room adjacent to the open kitchen and dining area. The expansive deck provides a comfy setting to take in the sweeping Blue Ridge Mountains, with outdoor dining and gas grill. There is plenty of space for multiple or generational families with two main floor master master bedrooms each with a king bed. In one master bedroom guests will enjoy the private and peaceful sunroom with a wall of windows looking over the long range views with stunning sunrises. This room shares a jack-and-jill bathroom with a charming queen bedroom. The other king master bedroom boasts a private ensuite bathroom and sliding glass doors leading out onto the deck. A family room on the lower level offers game tables, electronic dart board, tv, and a lower level deck with plenty of space to enjoy outside games, a custom wood bar with stools, and the hot tub to enjoy with a backdrop of mountain views. Seven Devils sits at a wonderful elevation for views and cool mountain air. Winter travelers should prepare with 4-wheel or AWD and tire chains during inclement weather.
