Sunset Island is a premier vacation destination located on 37 acres in Ocean City, right on the bay. This luxurious three-bedroom, two-bath home is wonderfully equipped with all the modern conveniences needed for the family vacation experience. You'll be located just two blocks from the ocean. You'll also have access to a private bayside beach, an interactive fountain, the Clubhouse which includes a fitness center, a library, locker rooms, an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, and a baby wading pool, plus walking trails and a crabbing/fishing pier. Things to Know Condo package pricing (each condo package has an additional 15 dollars fee paid to the condo association): A building registration fee includes 6 facility passes and two parking passes (One pass is for a designated space in the parking garage 7’2 and one pass for parking on the clamshells). Children 3 and under do not require a facility pass. Additional facility passes are 70 dollars per pass, per person per week. The fees are the following: Winter (January 1- April 30 and October 1 – December 31) = 75 dollars Spring (May 1 - May 25) = 110 dollars Summer (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 26 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 7) = 150 dollars Fall (September 8 - September 30) = 110 dollars Occupancy limits strictly enforced by the community. This unit features access to a private bayside beach, clubhouse, fitness center, library, locker rooms, indoor pool, outdoor pool, baby wading pool, walking trails, and a crabbing/fishing pier. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
