The on-site boat ramp is shared with the other home: River Watcher. The fireplace is not for guest use. Wood is not always provided for the firepit. There is a wagon on the property under the house for collecting wood.

Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
