Swaying Palms is a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo located in One Particular Harbour. From the minute you open the door, this unit has a fresh coastal elegant vibe. Located on the third floor, this unit features an open concept complete with full-size kitchen, eat-in breakfast bar and everything you’ll need to make a quick snack or full-course meal. The living room features plenty of seating, a flat screen TV and large sliding glass doors that completely opens the whole room to the enclosed lanai where you can relax after a long day in the sun, enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The patio features an outdoor sectional and dining area. The primary bedroom is located in the rear of the condo and features a king-size bed, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom.
