The Orchard Suite is a beautiful clean new accommodation with all you will ever need. It is part of a house with its own private entrance. There is a new stackable washer dryer cable internet and two TVs. The house is a part of a community which is Golf Golf Golf. It has a community pool tennis gym basketball restaurant and other amenities more than you will ever need. (Use of community amenities may include additional fees). The house is in a quiet neighborhood but it is close to shopping restaurants movie theatres churches and a major hospital district. The Sebring Race Track is just a few minutes away for those race car enthusiast. There is a shared driveway.
Highly sought out neighborhood with a lot of ammenities such as golf, golf, golf, a community pool, basketball court, racquetball, playground, bike trails plus so much more.
