• Check-in is any time after 4:00 PM. Early check-in may be available — please check with us in advance to confirm availability and any applicable fees. Early check-ins will incur an additional night’s fee.

• Check-out is at 10:30 AM sharp. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur an additional night’s fee.

• Authorized early check-in and authorized late check-out will incur a $100 fee.

• Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors during these hours. Excessive noise may result in fines or the cancellation of your reservation.

• Only the guests listed in your reservation are allowed on the property unless approved by us ahead of time. Additional guests will incur extra charges.

• The exterior of the property is monitored with security cameras. We also use Noise Aware sensors both indoors and outdoors. These devices alert us only when noise levels are consistently above a set threshold — normal conversation won’t trigger an alert.

• By booking this listing, you agree to contact the host directly with any issues you experience during your stay, including non-working amenities, cleanliness concerns, or anything else affecting the property. We will address and resolve all reported issues within 24 hours. If any amenity is not working during your stay, we will provide a $25 per day credit until it is restored.

• Loud music is not allowed on the property to maintain a peaceful environment for the neighbors, and quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise levels down during these times. Failure to do so will result in a $500 fine and/or immediate removal from the property.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the home.

• Any cleanup involving vomit, feces, or blood will result in additional cleaning fees.

• Pets must be approved prior to your stay. A $100 pet fee covers up to two pets.

• The person who booked the reservation is responsible for all guests, any damages, and all incidents during the stay.

• Smart thermostats are available for your use, with temperature limits set for efficiency. Please keep windows and doors closed when using the heating or A/C.

Pool Rules:

• No lifeguard is on duty — swim at your own risk.

• No glass is allowed in or near the pool area.

• The pool can be heated upon request — fees are based on current natural gas costs.

• Spa heating is always complimentary :)

• Pool heating takes up to 10 hours to reach 82°F and must be requested in advance — ideally at the time of booking.

• Payment must be made before heating begins.

• Any tampering with pool equipment will result in a $1000 fine. Other things to know details:

•We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, with extra attention to high-touched surfaces.

•The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round.

•This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so please keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night.

•Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $150/day minimum (based on current SDGE rates so please inquire about pricing prior to booking). Spa heating is always free

•If you are bringing a pet, a non-refundable pet fee of $100 will be added to the reservation and covers up to 2 dogs.

•Hosting more than 13 guests, each additional guest will incur an extra $50 per night.

•Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours ahead of time and is subject to availability.
