After sunny days at Wrightsville Beach, walk just steps to an abundance of local shops and restaurants along the water. Please note that Wilmington is undergoing improvements and street construction is happening in front of the building. (The street is currently closed.) KITCHEN & DINING Start the day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the convenient kitchen, then dine together at the table set for 2. BED & BATH This second-story condo sleeps two guests in one bedroom, furnished with a comfortable queen bed and 32 TV. The sparkling bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. Please note that there is no on-site parking at this building. There is a paid parking lot adjacent to the building and a paid parking deck 2 blocks away. Metered parking is also available in the area. (Street parking is free on Sunday.) This second-story condo is accessible via an elevator. THE LOCATION Located just off the Cape Fear River in downtown Wilmington, this condo has a prime location for exploring the best of the city on foot. Wrightsville Beach is just an easy 10-mile drive away. Local attractions include the Burgwin-Wright Museum and Gardens, Thalian Hall, the Brooklyn Arts Center, the Bellamy Mansion Museum, and the Cape Fear Museum of History and Science.
