If the card can’t be shown, a new payment is required; the original charge will be refunded. For e-credit cards, VND 1,000 will be temporarily verified and refunded within 15 days after check-out.
• Extra Person Policy: Guests from 12 years old require an extra bed including breakfast: VND 1,050,000 net/bed/night. This surcharge is not included in the room rate.
