Hello everyone, Our family loves the ocean, which is why we chose this apartment as a weekend or holiday getaway. However, since we don’t stay there often due to work commitments in Ho Chi Minh City, we’d like to rent it out to friends or anyone looking for a vacation spot in Phan Thiet - Mui Ne. The apartment is fully furnished, spacious at 125m², with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen + bar counter, and a large living room. It also features a long and wide balcony that connects the living room to the bedrooms. On the balcony, I’ve set up a hammock for lounging, a table and chairs for coffee or meals, a long chaise lounge for anyone who enjoys chilling on the balcony. There’s one bedroom with a master bed (1.8m) and another with two beds (1.2m and 1.4m), making it suitable for a family of 5-6 people. The apartment is located on the second floor with a sea view and is right next to the pool at Ocean Vista (developed by the same company as Sealink). It’s directly across from Ong Dia Rock Beach and just steps away from the ocean. Nearby, you’ll find plenty of eateries, cafes, ice cream shops, and snack bars offering 24/7 room service.
