The apartment is tucked away in a small alley – a signature of the Old Quarter – offering an authentic local atmosphere. • The main bedroom with Queen-size beds
• One cozy loft bedroom with a Queen-size bed
• A large 17m² private balcony, complete with a BBQ grill

• Clean bathroom with fresh towels, shampoo, body wash, and toothpaste
For your comfort and convenience, we also provide:

Meet Your Host – Linh
Hello, I’m Linh – your host at MiaCasa Old Quarter.
As a passionate traveler who has explored mountain trails, quiet alleys, local food stalls, and cultures across the globe, I truly understand how important it is to find a place that feels like home while you're away. That’s exactly what I’ve tried to create at MiaCasa OldQuarter – a comfortable and welcoming base right in the heart of Hanoi’s historic Old Quarter.
I enjoy traveling, hiking, and discovering new cuisines – from street-side phở in Hanoi to sushi in Japan and BBQs in the mountains. My curiosity about how people live, eat, and connect continues to inspire the homes I host. I design each space to be cozy, local, and full of character, offering guests not just a stay, but an experience.
Hosting is something I genuinely love. It gives me the chance to meet amazing people from around the world, share recommendations about hidden cafés and favorite local spots, and hear travel stories that inspire my own future journeys. Whether you're visiting Vietnam for the first time or returning for another adventure, I’m here to help make your stay smooth, memorable, and enjoyable.
I look forward to welcoming you to Hanoi. If you need local tips, help getting around, or just a friendly chat, I’m only a message away.
See you soon,
Linh
The Neighborhood – Hanoi’s Historic Old Quarter
MiaCasa OldQuarter is located in the heart of Hanoi’s most iconic neighborhood – the Old Quarter – where history, culture, cuisine, and street life come together in a lively and unforgettable experience.
Guests love staying here because almost everything is within walking distance. Just steps away is Tạ Hiện Street, famously known as “Beer Street,” where both locals and travelers gather in the evenings to enjoy street food, live music, and Hanoi’s vibrant nightlife. During the day, the area is filled with charming cafés, traditional food stalls, boutique shops, and art galleries.
Nearby attractions include:
Hoàn Kiếm Lake – a popular spot for peaceful walks and cultural events, just a short stroll away
Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre – a unique traditional performance near the lake
Ngọc Sơn Temple – located on a small island in the middle of the lake
Dong Xuan Market – one of the city’s largest local markets for souvenirs, clothing, and street snacks
Vietnamese Women’s Museum and Vietnam National Museum of History – both easily reachable by a short taxi ride for those interested in deeper cultural exploration
Food lovers will enjoy the area’s culinary offerings. Try local favorites like bún chả on Hàng Mành Street, phở at Phở Bát Đàn, or Hanoi’s signature egg coffee at Café Giảng.
The Old Quarter is best explored on foot, so we recommend wearing comfortable shoes and taking your time to enjoy the narrow streets and colonial-era architecture. For longer distances, the Grab app is a convenient option for car or motorbike rides.
Staying in this neighborhood means being surrounded by the best of Hanoi, from local flavors and history to lively nightlife and authentic everyday life.
