The apartment is in the quite suburb of Newlands East which is perfectly located to everything in Durban.

We are perfectly located and are about 10 to 15min drive to most of Durbans attractions. We are situated in a quiet neighborhood in Newlands East where neighbour's are friendly and easy to chat with if you like. We however do have a no loud noise policy from 10pm to 8am.
