Shalom on the Bay is set in in a quite suburb of Gordons Bay catering for guests travelling on business, or guests on vacation enjoying our beach and a variety of shopping- or outdoorsy adventures in the nearby areas of Stellenbosch, Hermanus, Franschhoek, Somerset West and Elgin.
Whatever your reason for residing with us, a warm welcome awaits you at Shalom on the Bay where true peace and hospitality is our pleasure. All the rooms are equipped with a flat screen smart TV with DSTV, and free WiFi access throughout the premises.
We are situated only 1.4 km from the Harbour Island Marina waterfront of Gordons Bay. Gordon's Bay Village is just 4 minutes’ walk away with the Beach only 900 meters (about 10 minutes’) walk from the property and 2.2 km from Bikini beach. The premises are close to the N2 highway allowing you easy access to and from the city of Cape Town and all major shopping centres.
The airport is Cape Town International Airport, is 32 km, whilst Stellenbosch is about 28 Km, Hermanus about 55 minutes, and Cape Town about 45 minutes away.
