Since we only have 5 bedrooms suitable for two persons and we cherish our natural environment and our stillness the private estate is offering us, we have chosen not to cater for children under 16. We apologize for that. Experience a spirit of quiet luxury, overwhelming nature and relaxed ease. Our guests will experience “a touch of home” and the legacy of the beautiful nation of South Africa. A legacy we will pass onto our guests with our warm and passionate hospitality. You will be touched! From the moment we welcome you to Romans Villa, we will provide you with a drink of your choice, you can sit down on the veranda and quality time will then start. The beautiful surroundings will overwhelm you whilst nipping your drink. Every day at sundowner’s time (17.00-18.00 hours) we will serve our guest free drinks and some bites to enjoy the sunset.

For the adventure seeker, explore South Africa’s beautiful Cape Whale Coast around the Gansbaai area where you're sure to spot the ‘Marine Big 5’, namely the Southern Right Whales, Seals, Penguins, Dolphins and Great White Sharks. Enjoy endless mountain bike riding trails through the iconic Walker bay Fynbos landscape, hike through pristine nature trails and age-old Milkwood forests and visit The Klipgat Cave just outside De Kelders in the Walker Bay Nature Reserve.
