Situated between the majestic 12 Apostles mountain range and Atlantic Ocean, Villa Atlantica boasts panoramic views of Camps Bay and its surroundings. It is situated 1 km from the beach and trendy Camps Bay Promenade. The spacious units are individually decorated and feature unique design, and includes free Wi-Fi, satellite flat screen TV's and self-catering facilities in each room. All rooms are serviced daily. The Villa also has BBQ facilities and a large solar heated pool. The property is a 2-minute walk from a supermarket and a variety of restaurants at the beachfront. Villa Atlantica is situated a 10-minute drive from Cape Town's centre. The property can organise activities, such as sightseeing tours or shark-cage diving. Property information

Nestled between the magnificent 12 Apostle Mountain Range and breathtaking Atlantic Ocean lies our African Contemporary Villa. Our 6 tranquil suites all offer en suite bathrooms with showers and are each equipped with a fridge, coffee/tea maker, air conditioner/heater, free wifi and flat screen TV. Our living area features a luxurious open plan lounge and dining room area which leads onto a spacious balcony, overlooking the ocean.

Blessed with famous beaches, a mild Mediterranean climate, a main stretch of road that is a cross between Miami Beach and the South of France, Camps Bay is a well-off suburb that has become one of the most popular destinations for tourists, locals and property investors alike. Its Main Road, Victoria Road, is framed by the Atlantic Ocean on one side, the Twelve Apostles mountain range on the other, and palm trees, little cafes and lavish houses and villas in between.
