The room service was great, ensuring a comfortable experience. As a bonus, we received a free karaoke ticket, which added extra excitement to our holiday. The breakfast was delicious, and we especially enjoyed the option to order hot Indomie. Overall, a wonderful stay!

The most impressive thing was Ms Nana who help me check in on 31 Dec 24, was super helpful and friendly. On the day of check out on 3 Jan 25, she can still remember my name and room number. That was amazing!! And greeted me goodbye again when my grab car arrive.
