Berghaus Männlichen is something that you have to experience. A wonderful view of the mountains from your room. Hiking routes starting right outside your door. Amazing service by warm people who care. We really enjoyed our stay at Berghaus Männlichen. A few tips: Keep in mind the cable car schedules to make sure you get up there before it closes. There is a cafeteria and a restaurant as part of the hotel, they already made a dinner reservation at the restaurant for us, which was great!

I can’t wait to go back here! The property is located close enough to Wengen train station & town, & 3-4 minutes from the cable car, yet far enough to get some peace & quiet. Each room has a balcony with a lovely view. It was spotless & cleaned each day with fresh towels replaced. The host, Martina is wonderful. She was warm & welcoming, and gave me lots of great tips for hiking & sightseeing. Their continental breakfast was excellent! Soft, freshly baked bread and croissants each morning from the local bakery with fresh cut up fruits & plenty of options for vegans & vegetarians for a healthy & hearty breakfast, served with a stunning backdrop of the mountains. 10/10 recommended.

The location is perfect, you can see the mountains in front of the hotel, and the sunset. Really beautiful. Also it’s just a few minutes walk from the train station, very accessible. And it’s close to other small beautiful towns within one hour train. They have parking spaces, too. There are also hiking trails near the hotel, we went to many quiet and beautiful places. And the facilities are in good quality, very new and clean. The room is warm in the winter. The staffs are also very friendly and helpful, we even got the Christmas gifts from them during our staying. I love the hotel and will come back again.

The Hotel Steinbock is located at the edge of Lauterbrunnen opposite the train and cable car station for Grütschalp, Mürren and the Schilthorn. The hotel was very good, the view was very good, but the photo of the hotel in booking.com was not the hotel, it was another hotel, the staff was rude.

The Alpenblick hotel is a family business, situated about 600 metres from the centre of Grindelwald, right at the ski slope and a bus stop, and offers nice rooms and tasty food. Great location, nice restaurant and bar, very decent complementary breakfast, comfy bunk bed in the dorm room and all at a really good price!

Boutique Hotel Bellevue Iseltwald se nachází přímo na břehu jezera Brienz a nabízí sluneční terasu. Great breakfast options. Very friendly and knowledgeable owners. Awesome view.

Gasthof Schönegg v městečku Goldswil je typický švýcarský horský hotel s pokoji v rustikálním stylu a velkou terasou s panoramatickým výhledem. Ve všech pokojích funguje bezplatné Wi-Fi připojení. The view and its one bus away from interlaken ost. Love the coffee during breakfast with warm milk.

An exceptional place to stay for those who want to visit and hike in the mountains area. Close to water falls and national parks. The owners went out of their way to find the right room for us, and upgraded our room for free. The breakfast is excellent and even included gluten-free options. They were very helpful with advice on touring the area. It is suitable for those looking for a country side stay. We look forward to staying at this place again.
